I. Return Application Time
Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Applications submitted after the return period may not be processed.
II. Returns After Opening
To give customers greater peace of mind, we support returns after opening.
Even if the goods have been opened, you can still apply for a return if the following conditions are met:
The goods are not damaged by human error.
The goods show no serious signs of use.
The main accessories are complete.
The goods do not affect normal resale.

After the returned goods are approved, the refund will usually be returned to your original payment method within 3 days.
